The purpose of the LURA program is to provide affordable housing to low-income households by limiting the maximum rent that can be charged for a unit and by requiring that some or all of the units be made available only to households with incomes below a percentage (e.g. 50% & 80%) of the Average Median Income.
Centennial – 80% AMI – 1-person occupancy income limit is $59,650. 2-person occupancy income limit is $68,200. 3-person occupancy income limit is $76,700. 4-person occupancy income limit is $85,200. 5-person occupancy income limit is $92,050.
